* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 7 to 10 feet, along with dangerous rip currents. * WHERE...Malibu Coast and Los Angeles County Beaches. * WHEN...From 3 AM Friday to 3 AM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...There is an increased risk for ocean drowning. Rip currents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Large breaking waves can cause injury, wash people off beaches and rocks, and capsize small boats near shore. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some minor flooding of low lying areas such as parking lots and coastal walkways is possible near the times of the morning high tides Friday and Saturday.
