* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will create areas of blowing snow with visibility as low as 1/2 mile or less at times, possibly brief white out conditions. * WHERE...Eastern Norton Sound and Nulato Hills and Yukon Delta Coast. * WHEN...From noon Tuesday to 3 PM AKST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
