Low humidity and gusty northwest winds will bring a greater risk of adverse fire behavior and rapid fire spread from 10 AM this morning through this evening. Relative humidity values will drop 20 to 30 percent, with west to northwest winds of 15 to 20 mph, gusting to 35 to 40 mph. Areas of fog have developed across portions of South Texas tonight. Expect visibilities generally 1 mile or less with a few locations seeing visibilities 1/4 mile or less at times.
