* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Iowa, southwest Minnesota, and northeast Nebraska. * WHEN...Until 9 PM CST this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Brief reductions in visibility will also be possible with patchy flurries and light snow.
