Otherwise, 2 to 5 inches expected everywhere else. * WHERE...Delta County. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates could be an inch per hour or greater within the heaviest snow bands Wednesday afternoon and evening.
