Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will create areas of blowing snow with visibility as low as 1/2 mile or less at times, with possible brief white out conditions. * WHERE...Yukon Delta Coast. * WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Travel could be difficult.

* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog with visibility as low as 200 feet. * WHERE...A portion of central California. * WHEN...Until 11 AM PST this morning. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways impacted include, but are not limited to, 99, 140, 152, 59, 41, 43, 46, 58, 145, 180 and 198.

The largest significant waves will be 4 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 5 feet. * WHERE...Lake St Clair. * WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 3 AM EST Thursday with the largest waves expected around 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
