An area of precipitation is expected to move southeast through western and central North Dakota late this afternoon through tonight. A mix of rain, freezing rain and snow are all possible along the leading edge of precipitation. Later this evening and overnight, the precipitation is expected to transition to all snow. It is possible that roads, sidewalks and parking lots could become icy this evening. Late tonight as precipitation turns to all snow and winds increase, patchy blowing snow could lead to reduced visibilities. * WHAT...Decreasing air quality expected. * WHERE...Wenatchee Area, Waterville Plateau, Chelan County. * WHEN...From 4 AM Saturday to 4 AM PST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Poor air quality may cause issues for people with respiratory problems. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light wind and stable weather are expected through at least Monday night leading to the potential for decreasing air quality. Degraded air quality can lead to issues for people with respiratory problems.

Special Weather Statement issued November 29 at 3:51PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 351 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking scattered snow showers, moving eastward at 20 to 25 MPH. Locations impacted include... New Castle, Hermitage, Sharon, Butler, Beaver Falls, Grove City, East Palestine, Sharpsville, Kittanning, Rimersburg, Ellwood City, Homeacre-Lyndora, Farrell, Shanor-Northvue, Meridian, Zelienople, Slippery Rock, Ford City, Meadowood and New Wilmington. Visibilities will drop quickly to a quarter of a mile in the heavier snow showers. Wind gusts of up to 30 MPH are also possible. This includes the following highways... Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 69. Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 84 and 120.
