* WHAT...Water levels up to 4 feet above the normal highest tide line. * WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta Coast, especially Kwigillingok and Kongiganak. * WHEN...The highest water levels from the first storm will coincide with high tide Thursday night through early Friday morning. The highest water levels from the second storm could occur from Friday night through Saturday morning, but confidence is lower on timing. * IMPACTS...Impacts could be similar to those from the recent January 10 flood event.
