Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. * WHERE...Portions of southeast North Carolina and northeast South Carolina. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EST this morning. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute and may last through tonight as temperatures will struggle to get above freezing so not much melting will occur before it refreezes again tonight.

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations ranging from 6 to 12 inches across much of Buffalo and the central eastern suburbs, to 9 to 18 inches from South Buffalo across the Southtowns. Accumulations of 5 to 10 inches expected across far southwestern Genesee county. * WHERE...Northern Erie and Genesee Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult with very poor visibility and deep snow cover on roads. Some major roadways could temporarily close.
