Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some scattered snow showers may be ongoing especially through mid-morning in these areas. Strong winds will create patches of blowing snow which could significantly lower visibility. Use extra caution during the morning commute.

* WHAT...Dangerous rip currents expected. * WHERE...East facing reefs of the Marianas. * WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strengthening trade swell will produce a high risk of rip currents along east facing reefs for the latter half of this week, especially Thursday night onward as a trade-wind surge builds across the region. Additionally, the high risk of rip currents may spread to north facing reefs as north swell increases across the Marianas, which would also produce hazardous surf for north reefs. These
