* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. Visibility reduced to one half mile in blowing snow. Total snow accumulations of up to 3 inches. East winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Nunivak Island and the Kuskokwim Delta coast north of Kipnuk. * WHEN...Until 9 PM AKST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Easterly winds increase this evening, decreasing visibility along the Kuskokwim Delta coast and for Nunivak Island. There may be a break in snowfall Sunday morning, but hazardous conditions return Sunday afternoon with a second round of snow. Visibility then improves Sunday evening as snow tapers off
