Rip currents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Waves can wash people off beaches and rocks, and capsize small boats nearshore.

Outdoor burning is not recommended. Peak fire threat is in the afternoon hours and higher terrain. Fire weather conditions will ease after sunset due to decreasing winds and higher humidity. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Terrain forcing of winds and occasional gusts could make fire fighting drastically harder.
