In northwest California, southeastern Mendocino. * WHEN...Until 415 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 208 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
