Rises in small streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 548 PM MST, emergency management and highway departments have reported snowmelt flooding in the advisory affecting some roads and areas of poor drainage. - Mild temperatures will lead to additional snowmelt, particularly across western portions of Fergus county and northeast portions of Judith Basin county where there is a lingering but diminishing low elevation snowpack.
