* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 kt with frequent gusts up to 30 kt and seas 8 to 11 feet expected. * WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Friday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Latest altimetry data shows combined seas of 8 to 11 feet across the Marianas. The trade swell is expected to peak this morning with combined seas expected to fall below 10 feet this afternoon. The Small Craft Advisory may needed to be extended if altimetry or buoy data show a slower fall in seas than forecasted.
