A period of light rain is expected tonight, mainly after midnight. Air temperatures will be at or just above freezing, but roads and sidewalks may remain just below freezing. As a result, untreated roads and sidewalks may develop icy spots overnight. If traveling overnight, be aware of the potential of icy spots on untreated roads. Drive at reduced speeds and allow extra time to reach your destination. Pedestrians need to be careful too as sidewalks may develop icy spots.
