Lake effect snow will affect areas along the southeast shore of Lake of the Woods through Wednesday morning. Heavy snow will fall in relatively narrow bands mainly impacting areas from Wheelers Point to Baudette, with up to 5 inches of snow. If traveling, be prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities along highways 11 and 72. Travel could be difficult. Reduce your speed, turn on your headlights. Don't slam on brakes!
