ESFAFG BREAKUP OUTLOOK FOR YUKON RIVER, CANADIAN BORDER TO EAGLE The Yukon River at Dawson broke up this morning with a long run of ice passing Dawson today. The Fortymile River has broken up to the Yukon confluence. Breakup at Eagle is possible as early as tonight. The River Watch team will begin flying the Upper Yukon Friday.
