For the Emory River...including Oakdale TN...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Emory River at Oakdale TN. * WHEN...Until late this afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor flooding occurs below Riverview Road. No buildings or roads are threatened. At 18.0 feet, Flooding begins of the rural Clifty Creek Road and bridge over Clifty Creek that immediately joins the Emory River there. At 27.0 feet, Flooding starts on Riverview Road.
