* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 8 to 11 feet expected. * WHERE...Majuro Coastal Waters. * WHEN...Until 6 AM ChST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A leading edge of a "screaming eagle" convergence zone to the southeast, is producing 25 to 30 knot outflow boundaries heading for Majuro. After the outflow boundaries pass and the convergence zone moves downstream toward central Micronesia, winds and seas will subside below levels hazardous to small craft.

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. * WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County. * WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 6 AM EDT Friday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS...At 2.6 feet, water may begin to pond in the parking lot at Annapolis City Dock, and surround the Alex Haley Memorial. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one to one and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 2:32 AM.
