* WHAT...Heavy freezing spray at a rate of 2 cm per hour or greater may rapidly accumulate on vessels. * WHERE...Northern half of the open waters of Lake Michigan, along and north of a line from Two Rivers WI to Manistee MI. * WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Operating a vessel in heavy freezing spray is hazardous. Freezing spray may render mechanical and electronic components inoperative. Rapid ice accretion on decks and superstructures may result in a catastrophic loss of stability.

East facing beaches of St. Croix. * WHEN...Through at least 6 AM AST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water, where it becomes difficult to return to safety.
