Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Cascades of Pierce and Lewis Counties and Cascades of Southern King County. * WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels will rise above Snoqualmie Pass at times today, before lowering again late tonight. This will lead to periods of rain and lower snow totals at the pass compared to higher elevations.
