At 625 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Lake Houston, or near Kingwood, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Humble, northern Liberty, Cleveland, Dayton, Kingwood, Shepherd, Splendora, Patton Village, Roman Forest, Woodbranch, Hardin, Plum Grove, Kenefick, Dayton Lakes, Atascocita, Lake Houston Dam, Lake Houston, northeastern Bush Intercontinental Airport, Tarkington Prairie, and Moss Hill.

AVOID TRAVEL IN AVALANCHE TERRAIN. STAY OFF OF AND OUT FROM UNDER SLOPES STEEPER THAN 30 DEGREES.
