* WHAT...Temperatures up to around 80 expected. * WHERE...Klukwan and the Haines Highway. * WHEN...Until 7 PM AKDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Individuals not accustomed to these unusually hot temperatures for this region may experience heat related illnesses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High temperatures near Klukwan and along higher elevations of the Haines highway will reach values up to around 80 degrees F during the afternoon hours through Saturday. The city of Haines will not get as warm due to sea breezes, but temperatures into the middle 70s are still expected.
