Temperatures are rising quickly in areas where winds have developed this morning. Relatively cold surfaces interacting with a warmer and more moist airmass may result in areas of frost on roadways. Ares most prone to this are elevated surfaces such as bridges. If traveling this morning, be prepared for slick roads in areas where temperatures have recently increased due to wind.
