* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, Creek, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK. * WHEN...Until 300 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 711 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges measured heavy rains over the past 24 hours of between 3 to 6 inches. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Flood waters will be slow to recede and secondary roads may remain flooded through the day.
