Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Ferris/Seminoe/Shirley Mountains and Shirley Basin. * WHEN...Until 8 AM MST Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility and lead to dangerous travel conditions.

Total snow accumulations between 8 and 16 inches. * WHERE...North Laramie Range. * WHEN...From 2 AM Thursday to 8 AM MST Friday. * IMPACTS...Outdoor recreation could become life threatening to those caught unprepared for severe winter conditions. Hikers and snowmobilers may easily become disoriented. Frostbite and hypothermia can develop quickly.

Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. * WHERE...North Snowy Range Foothills including Arlington and Elk Mountain along Interstate 80. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 8 AM MST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...After a break during the day Thursday, another round of snow is possible during the late afternoon and overnight hours.

* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots and waves 2 to 3 feet expected on Lake Moultrie. * WHERE...Inland Berkeley County. * WHEN...For the Lake Wind Advisory, until 5 PM EST this afternoon. For the Frost Advisory, from 1 AM to 8 AM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on Lake Moultrie will create hazardous conditions for small craft. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

Use caution while driving. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute, especially over higher passes.
