This could worsen air quality over time. * WHERE...For the Cold Weather Advisory, the southern end of the Rogue Valley including Ashland as well as the outskirts of Phoenix and Talent; the Shady Cove area; areas east of Eagle Point and White City on Highway 140; and portions of the Applegate Valley including the outskirts of Ruch, Applegate, and Jacksonville Hill.
