Total accumulations of 7 to 8 inches with locally higher amounts in the higher terrain of southeast Oklahoma and west-central Arkansas. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Arkansas and east central, northeast, and southeast Oklahoma. * WHEN...Until noon CST Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads are becoming snow packed with slick and hazardous conditions.
