An area of light to moderate snow will fall over portions of northwest Pennsylvania tonight into the early morning hours Saturday. The combination of cold surface temepratures and falling snow will lead to snow covered roadways and total accumulations of 1 to 2 inches. Please use caution if driving through the region as roads may become slick or difficult to navigate.

* WHAT...Light freezing drizzle and light snow in far northeast Alabama and southern middle Tennessee. A light glaze of ice accumulation and additional dusting of snowfall is expected. Precipitation will end by Midnight. * WHERE...North Alabama and a portion of southern middle Tennessee. * WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With temperatures falling to or below freezing tonight, refreezing of melted snow or ice is expected which may form black ice on area roadways.
