Relative humidity values will drop into the low to mid 20s percent along with southwest winds gusting up to 25 mph across portions of northwest Minnesota. Given the extremely dry fuels, near critical fire weather conditions are expected for the afternoon hours. Any fire that does develop has the potential to quickly spread. There is an increased risk for rapid fire spread this afternoon across portions of eastern Pennsylvania and northwestern New Jersey. Minimum relative humidity values will be between 20 and 30 percent combined with west winds of 10-20 mph and gusts of 20 to 30 mph. High temperatures this afternoon will range from the upper 40s to upper 50s.
