This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pell City, Leeds, Moody, Riverside, Ragland, Ohatchee, Harrisburg, Logan Martin Lake, Bald Rock, Neely Henry Lake, Wattsville, Chula Vista, Camp Winnataska and Neely Henry Dam.
