* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of Southwest California, including the following counties, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino. * WHEN...Until 846 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 706 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding

For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater, Longview, Beckville, Logansport...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Sabine River near Mineola. * WHEN...From late tonight until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Expect flooding of low river bottoms with secondary roadways along with picnic and recreational areas becoming inundated as well. Ranchers should move cattle and equipment to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 13.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 14.0

This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pell City, Leeds, Moody, Riverside, Ragland, Ohatchee, Harrisburg, Logan Martin Lake, Bald Rock, Neely Henry Lake, Wattsville, Chula Vista, Camp Winnataska and Neely Henry Dam.
