...SNOW, IMPACTS TO TRAVEL SATURDAY... .A winter system will bring accumulating snow to the region late tonight through Saturday. Snow begins around midnight for areas along and north of I-94, before beginning in areas west of the Mississippi River around 8 am, moving east throughout the day. However, low level dry air may delay snowfall onset by a few hours. The highest snowfall amounts are expected in Taylor and Clark counties, where snow accumulations between 4 and 6 inches are expected. Locally higher amounts are possible within these two counties. Elsewhere, between 1 and 3 inches of accumulation is expected.
