Despite winds decreasing early Sunday, wind chill values of 0 to 10 degrees will be common late tonight and early Sunday. Snow accumulations of a dusting to half inch will be possible, primarily on the Caprock tonight, as bands of snow move southward. This light snow will create black ice on roadways, overpasses, and other elevated surfaces, as well as reduced visibility when falling. Any snow will diminish by midnight.
