THE NEW WATCH IS VALID FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN KANSAS THE NEW WATCH INCLUDES 10 COUNTIES IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS GRANT GRAY HAMILTON HASKELL KEARNY MEADE MORTON SEWARD STANTON STEVENS THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF CIMARRON, DEERFIELD, ELKHART, FOWLER, HUGOTON, JOHNSON CITY, LAKIN, LIBERAL, MEADE, MONTEZUMA, PLAINS CITY, SATANTA, SUBLETTE, SYRACUSE, AND ULYSSES.
