* WHAT...An extended period of very cold temperatures are expected with dangerously cold wind chills as low as -25 possible. * WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania. * WHEN...From late Sunday night through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. The long duration of this cold will lead to greater impacts to infrastructure, including increased risk of frozen pipes, dead car batteries, and structure fires. There is an increased risk of carbon monoxide poisoning from improper use

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Santee River near Jamestown. * WHEN...Until late Tuesday night. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, water covers numerous logging roads and inundates timber land adjacent to the river. Most access points to Wee Tee State Forest are cut off. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 830 PM EST Sunday, the stage was 10.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.6 feet Monday evening. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
