ESFGRB Mild temperatures through midweek may result in break up of river ice, leading to potential for ice jam flooding. In addition, rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches will occur from Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday, and most of this will run off into rivers, as there is deep frost in the ground. The combination of ice jams and heavy rain may lead to minor flooding of rivers, ditches, and low lying urban areas in central, northeast and east central Wisconsin.
