Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. * WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, south central, southeast, southwest, and west central Indiana. * WHEN...From 4 AM Friday to 4 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bastrop, Caldwell, Fayette and Gonzales. * WHEN...Until 100 AM CST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 928 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. Heavy snow is expected overnight along and near Interstate 80. Although there is high confidence that snow amounts in the Interstate 80 area should remain at or below three inches, the heavy snow will fall in a short time period (just a few hours), leading to rapid buildup on roads.
