An area of light snow will continue to lift northward and impact the Helena area through the morning hours before mixing with and or changing to rain in the afternoon. Accumulations will generally be on the lighter side and mostly on the grassy surfaces. Expect totals around an inch or less; however, localized areas may see higher amounts. Impacts will include reduced visibility and wet or slushy road surfaces. Anyone traveling should be prepared for winter driving conditions. Slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.
