...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Oregon... Umpqua River near Elkton affecting Douglas County. .While heavy rain, snow and strong winds have abated, bands of showers are currently streaming across the region this morning and will continue through this afternoon. Precipitation amounts with these showers will be far less that what occurred yesterday. The Umpqua River near Elkton is falling but is still above flood stage.
