Special Weather Statement issued December 25 at 9:44PM CST by NWS La Crosse WI

Between 2 AM and 5 AM, patchy freezing drizzle will form in southeast Minnesota and in the Interstate 90 and 94 corridors in Wisconsin. This freezing drizzle will produce icy spots on untreated roads, sidewalks, bridges, and overpasses. Use caution and take it slow if traveling tonight and Thursday morning. The threat for freezing drizzle will end by mid-morning Thursday.
