Another round of scattered showers and thunderstorms can be expected across the Panhandle throughout the day as additional remnant thunderstorm complexes moving through the region (45-75% chance of rain). Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level: Level 2 Meteorological Summary: Showers associated with a cold front offshore from the southernmost Peninsula and the Keys will continue through the early morning hours before activity pushes offshore. Mostly dry conditions can be expected across North and West Florida throughout the day with the help of high pressure over the Southeast U.S. Isolated to widely scattered showers with embedded rumbles of thunderstorm can be expected along the Space and Treasure Coasts this afternoon as a low pressure system moves further away from the eastern Peninsula (15-30% chance of rain).
