Abbeville County Lowndesville Community Center416 Main St.Lowndesville, SC 29659 Open Jan. 6-10, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. FEMA is encouraging South Carolinians affected by Hurricane Helene to apply for federal disaster assistance as soon as possible.
