IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Lower Brule, Oacoma, Tailrace Rec Area, Reliance, Lower Brule Reservation, Lyman, Medicine Butte, Counselor Creek Boat Access Area, Crow Creek Reservation, Fort Thompson, Lees Corner, Lake Francis Case, and Lake Sharpe.
