Unicoi County Awarded $2.1 Million to Restore Rail Access to Industrial Park The State of Tennessee and FEMA have approved $2.1 million to repair a rail system spur in Unicoi County, which provides access to the county’s Riverview Industrial Park. Floodwaters from Tropical Storm Helene severely damaged and displaced a key section of railroad track as the storm swept across Eastern Tennessee in late September. Juneau FSDO Facility Access
As of March 18, 2019, access to the Juneau Flight Standards District Office is restricted. The facility will have limited personnel on site and visitors will not be permitted entry unless access is determined to be mission critical. Although the facility has limited access, the Juneau FSDO staff is still fully accessible and operational while teleworking and available by phone, email, or other means such as Skype.
