* WHAT...Heat index values up to 104 expected. * WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania. * WHEN...From noon Sunday to 8 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity combined with little relief overnight due to very warm low temperatures can be especially hazardous. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

Arkansas River near Muskogee affecting Muskogee County. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Arkansas River near Muskogee. * WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, minor lowland flooding occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 27.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.9 feet just after midnight tonight and then fluctuate near that level through Saturday evening. - Action stage is 27.0 feet. - Flood stage is 28.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall. * WHERE...Southeast McLean, northern Burleigh, and southern Sheridan Counties. * WHEN...Until 515 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1102 PM CDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wilton, Mcclusky, Goodrich, Regan, Denhoff and New Johns Lake.
