Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch and additional ice accumulations of a light glaze to a few hundredths of an inch. * WHERE...Bristol Bay. * WHEN...Until 9 AM AKST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The initial round of mixed precipitation that moved through overnight has mostly cleared out this morning. A second round of freezing rain and snow mix is expected to begin later this afternoon and persist intermittently through Monday morning. Periods of snow are expected to develop across the Northern Interior Monday morning and continue through Thursday. Expect periods of heavy snow in areas around and to the west of the Dalton Highway and north of Tanana with snowfall totals over the 4 day stretch around 6 to 10 inches in some spots. Snow, heavy at times, is expected to develop from the Lower Yukon Valley to the northern Interior Monday through Thursday. The heaviest amounts expected in the Nulato Hills, Galena and northeast to Huslia. Snowfall totals over the 4 day stretch will approach 6 to 12 inches in some spots.
