Southeasterly winds will quickly increase as a frontal system approaches the area from the west. For Turnagain Arm and the Upper Hillside of Anchorage, including Bear Valley and Upper Potter Valley, expect sustained winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts 55 to 70 mph through early Monday evening.
