Late Tuesday a strong low will move into the gulf, bringing strong winds and an Atmospheric River to most of the region. Focusing on wind first, for the southern Panhandle south of Sumner Strait, there is much higher confidence for 50 to 60 mph gusts prompting a High Wind Watch.
